I would love to have a porch swing. My grandparents had one in one of their houses and I loved it. Our front porch is to narrow, so we just have a bench. We often sit on it during a tunderstorm and love watching the show.

I want to try some hard white wheat next time I buy some.

Ok so just in case you were wondering I’ll just go ahead and tell you… YOU’RE CRAZY! I bet you wore a t-shirt out there too Neat pictures though the colors contrast nicely with the snow. It also looks like you can finally walk in it without fear of being swallowed.

Donna,

The clothes look nice on the line with the snow. It is nice to hang them up outside.

I do use lye for my soap. I use http://www.soapcalc.net/calc/SoapCalcWP.asp
for calculating what to use. I have a mixture of lard and beef tallow, but I say lard when I am using this calculator. I then add some soybean oil and beeswax. I don’t like to say what my recipe is, as it is important to figure out and weigh what you have. If you use the calculator, that should help.

Have to love that boy. I hate to say he is running a fever this morning and will probably have a doctors visit today. We enjoy the time we have when you guys come down. It is always a lot of fun. Washing the vehicles this weekend made me feel like I was cheating on winter.

I’m so glad that y’all got to come see us this weekend. It was so much fun finding all of the newborn clothes. In just 14 more weeks we’ll all get to see the little guy that will be wearing them. God is good to bless us three times with this gift . See you soon. Oh, and Daniel misses you too.
