Sam and I made this hot sauce today. We used sugar rush peach pepper instead of habaneros. We used about 10 sugar rush peach peppers. They like it hot!

I added more corn and more potatoes to this recipe. It is really good. I also made cheddar bay biscuits to go with it.
I love having this on the pantry shelf. Easy to can and super convenient to use. My version of fast food!

I sometimes add a can of corn to this.
I have made this ice cream for years. I got the recipe from Rachel Cokely.

Good morning everyone! It’s been a while since my last post. I hope you are all doing well. Check out my newest kitchen helper!! Its a presto digital canner. I have wanted one of these for several years. I first saw one on a YouTube video, Acre Homestead. I think it will definitely be a good helper.

And just in time, as the garden is starting to produce! Just look at all that beautiful food!

Jess had a birthday the beginning of this month. I made her this pumpkin pie afghan. It is made with the peek a boo stitch from Bag O Bag crochet. I really like how it turned out and I think she likes it too.
I had planned on doing a garden update today but we got some much needed rain last night so I guess I’ll save that for another post. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
God bless!

Good morning everyone! I hope you are all having a great day! We are good here. I wanted to share a little garden update. The raspberries are just starting to ripen. We love raspberries!

The grapes and the blueberries are looking good. The blueberries should start to ripen within a few weeks.

John Luke especially loves blueberries.

Zucchini and squash are getting started.

Ain’t they cute!

This picture is of the tomato row and the raised beds in the middle garden.

This is the raised beds in the upper garden. The peas are just about done. I will be pulling the vines this week and planting something in their place. Maybe some flowers.

I love this time of year! Enjoy your day and God bless!
