Hello everyone! I hope you have all had a good week. Our rhubarb is doing very well this year.
One of the first things I like to make with rhubarb is pie.
The recipe I use is very old. I have used this recipe for at least 40 years. I’m not sure where it originally came from but the woman’s name is at the bottom. I do not know her but I sure do love her recipe.
Into the oven it goes!
Easy to make and delicious to eat!
Looks good..Ma Mitchell always made rhubarb dumplings, very good…I had never tried or even heard of them until I married James..lol
