Hello everyone! Today the girls and I have been busy making strawberry rhubarb jam. This is one of our favorite jams. This year I used the recipe from here http://hickeryhollerfarm.blogspot.com/search?q=strawberry+rhubarb+jam
Our rhubarb cut up and ready to go. There is enough rhubarb left to freeze some and share some.

Finished! I doubled the batch and got 6 and 1/2 pts. YUM!

It does look delicious! I finally got my asparagus and rhubarb plants, and they are both growing. I was so worried. 🙂 Can’t wait to see everybody on Sunday.
