Hot Honey

Yesterday was a fun day! Sam and I made hot honey. Usually we made a hot sauce together every fall but we decided to make something different this year.

For this batch we used about 4 cups of honey. For every cup of honey, we used 5 jalapenos chopped. We also added 2 crushed garlic cloves.

In this batch, we used sugar rush peach peppers.  We made this one a small batch because we didn’t know how it would turn out. We used one cup of honey and 5 sugar rush peppers in this batch.

They both turned out really good.

Definitely will make this again!
